Sidney Wood-Path of Jen:Reborn
Emboldened Jihadists are gaining ground, governments are crumbling, and viral outbreaks threaten to decimate entire continents. In the midst of it all stands Jena Ahmadi, an Iranian-American woman strengthened by trial and hardened by combat. Kidnapped as a teenager, she is known as the Queen of Suicide Bombers, an unwilling poster child for Islamic Terror. Dustin "Deep South" Parks is a no-nonsense Special Forces soldier who will move Heaven and Earth to keep Jen safe. He let her down once. Now, he needs to find her before anyone else, or he'll lose her forever. Together or apart, their world is changing. They will need every ounce of courage, and all the power their faith can muster. They must be REBORN if either one of them is going to survive. 5/5 stars! What if you were wanted alive just to save those who died at your cause. Disease. The same doctor that brought this upon you, your only chance left. But you still wanted to save her. On the run with the most unlikely of teams, would you sacrifice your safety for someone who didn't ask for a battle? Everyone who fought for you, died because of you. American girl turned warrior. "A free solider, in Syria, fighting in God's name" You're the only one who can save the world you destroyed. Do you try to save the young woman who started the virus that is killing the world? What if a cure was found, would your war still continue? But what if the cure wasn't the end of suffering, and was only the beginning? Read Path of Jen: Reborn by Sidney Wood and find out for yourself. Jena's faith carries her through her hardest times and gives her the strength to continue along her path, as a walking weapon of the world epidemic. Becoming the face of Christianity among Muslims to fight Radical Islam and their Jihad was a campaign she couldn't turn down. In this coming of age, thriller-mystery, Jena is the ideal warrior as she takes matters into her own hands for the ones she loves and her own safety. This fast paced thrill gives the reader so much to grasp onto that I didn't want to stop reading. US soldier Dustin "Deep South" Parks, becomes her greatest and only companion as Jen's path becomes deeper into what started her journey in the first place. Being kidnapped and sold into slavery, Jena fights her battles in faith as she turns from a slave, to a lab rat, to a military gunman. In my opinion, Wood just keeps getting better and better. Can I say, my new favourite author? 5/5 The reviews were right, can we please turn this into a movie? Please!
